HOLLOW REGISTRATION DAYS
Registration
for all students attending Happy Hollow for the 2013/2014
school year will be held on August 5 and August 6,
12:30-7:00 p.m. If you are unable to attend on
one of the scheduled days, all information will be
sent home on the first day of school, August 13. Registration
materials will not be available prior to August 5.
During registration days, the office will not be open
prior to 12:30, and office personnel will be available
on a limited basis.
New
West Lafayette families : Please bring proof
of residency, birth certificate or passport, and immunization
record . Fourth Grade students :
If your child attended an Indiana school, (other than
Cumberland) please bring their IREAD results to registration.
Office
hours August 7-10, will be 8:00 a.m. -12:00 noon only.
